?????Lettings Valuer - Bristol

We've got an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Lettings Valuer or Negotiator looking for the next step in their career to join an award winning Independent Lettings Agency based in Bristol. You will be part of an energetic, fast-moving and supportive front end team, being responsible for bringing new rental properties to the market, promoting of properties to let, negotiating deals and ensuring a smooth letting process.

The PackageBasic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000Commission: £8,000 - £12,000

Responsibilities

  • Source new Lettings Valuations through both new business generation and exisiting enquiries.
  • Provide landlords with accurate Rental Valuations, advising on the marketing of their property.
  • Listing new properties to market, complete with photography, floorplan and description for each.
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements, striving to achieve the best possible terms for both landlords and tenants.
  • Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates on property viewings, tenant feedback, and rental market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant lettings legislation and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of the agency by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with landlords and tenants.
  • Proven track record of achieving lettings targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor, with a positive attitude and a passion for the property industry.
  • A valid driver's license.
