We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Trader (Plumbing Bias) with extensive plumbing experience to join our team on a long term contract basis, for reactive works across multiple social hosuing sites in Bristol and surrounding areas

Requirements:
Proven plumbing and multi-trade experience in occupied domestic properties
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Social housing / local authority experience
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
If you're an experienced Plumbing multi-trader with a background in plumbing looking for a flexible contract role with long-term potential
Contract length: Up to 12 months
Pay: £170.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Social housing / local authority: 3 years (preferred)
- Plumbing: 5 years (required)
- Multi-trade: 3 years (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months - for the right candidate permanent.
Pay: £170.00 per day
