We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator on a temporary eight-week contract.

The position is due to start immediately, with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £14.00 per hour on a PAYE basis inclusive of your holiday pay.

The ideal candidate will experience using in house systems/Microsoft Packages, liaising with contractors and ensuring systems are up to date regarding domestic compliance such as Gas, Electric or Legionella.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Uploading data from Electrical Testing/Gas Servicing certificates on to Excel spreadsheets, and ensuring all recorded data is accurate
  • Checking the details of the certificates and report back to management where information needs amending
  • Partaking in meetings with the wider compliance team to discuss ongoing projects
  • Sending emails to residents regarding access to properties, and liaise with management on 'Hard access’ issues
