Senior Compliance Consultant

Location: Home Based (Anywhere in the UK)Salary: Up to £70,000, based on experience

The Role:

This role involves delivering strategic compliance solutions, conducting regulatory analysis, and leading compliance audits. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing tailored compliance advice, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a deep understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and a proven track record in compliance consultancy.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial services compliance or consulting (preferably in the GI sector).
  • Extensive knowledge of FCA Rules and Principles.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality consultancy services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in compliance management software and tools.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in assets, risk management, ICOBs, and working at a board level.
  • Some form of compliance or risk management qualifications.
  • Exposure to senior-level projects, such as consumer duty implementation, GDPR, product governance, and fair value.
