As a Sustainability and Energy Manager you will be responsible for managing: 
the energy related element of various design projects, as well as overseeing and managing a variety of energy tasks / projects. This includes:
• EPC, enery modelling and low carbon energy concepts (TAS/IES or other energy modelling software)

• LCEA

• Passive or low energy design solutions

• Energy strategies and statements for planning and ‘As Built’ purposes

• Liaising with clients, other members of the design team, suppliers, and contractors.

• Providing guidance to junior engineers and CAD / Revit Technicians

• Performance and emission calculations

• Passive or low energy design solutions

• Overheating (Part O/ TM52/TM59) calculations and reporting

• TM54 Reports and reporting for BREEAM criteria.

 

Must haves: 

CIBSE Low Carbon Consultant 

Level 5 LCEA EPC Non-domestic assessor
