Graduate Quality & Innovation Coordinator

A leading privately owned contractor based in the southwest is seeking a Graduate Quality & innovation Coordinator to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a family-owned business with an extensive background as a reputable contractor within the civil engineering sector. The Graduate Quality & Innovation Coordinator will play a key part in the development and future of the business, reporting directly to the Head of Quality & Innovation.

About the role of Graduate Quality & Innovation Coordinator

This regional contractor traditionally specialises in Earthworks, Demolition & Energy Sector, projects ranging in size from 500K up to 15M in value working on a nationwide basis, based out of either their Southwest or South Wales office. The role of Graduate Quality & Innovation Advisor will be working closely alongside their experienced Health & Safety, Environmental and Social Value team.



Responsibilities for Graduate Quality & Innovation Coordinator

  • Responsible for configuring relevant data and statistics for reports.
  • Continuously remain in the loop with regards to ever changing SHEQ standards
  • Liable for pushing the business in a innovative direction and continuously encouraging improvement


Requirements for Graduate Quality & Innovation Coordinator

  • Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental.
  • Relevant qualification from a related degree
  • Effective communication skills and high attention to detail
