Asset Management Executive - Real Estate I’m looking to speak with an experienced Asset Management Executive interested in joining a Top 50 law firm in their Bristol office. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s already built a solid foundation in commercial real estate – ideally at Senior Paralegal level – and is ready to step into a more hands-on, leadership-focused role. You’ll be right at the heart of the team, overseeing day-to-day asset management work, supporting high-value transactions, and guiding a talented group of paralegals. The Real Estate team here is genuinely integrated, working across all commercial property sectors and drawing on in-house experts in planning, construction, litigation, tax, finance, and corporate law to deliver a full-service experience to clients. The team’s known not just for its legal expertise but for its ability to understand and respond to what really matters to clients—from institutional funds and private equity houses to financial institutions and long-standing individual investors (some of whom they’ve worked with for over a century). In this role, you’ll be managing and mentoring the paralegal team, making sure work is allocated efficiently and delivered to a high standard. You’ll also get involved directly in asset management matters – drafting, negotiating, and finalising key documents – with the support of senior fee earners when needed. From handling HM Land Registry and HMRC processes to overseeing lease admin and client updates, you’ll play a central role in keeping things running smoothly. There’s also the chance to shape best practices and help upskill others through training and guidance, making this a perfect fit for someone who enjoys being both a doer and a coach. You’ll bring strong experience working with institutional investors, property funds, or financial clients, along with solid drafting skills and a real passion for commercial real estate. You’ll need to be organised, responsive, and confident in managing multiple workstreams at once, all while being a team player who’s happy to pitch in and collaborate. The firm itself has a welcoming, forward-thinking culture where ideas are valued and everyone’s voice matters – regardless of job title or background. You’ll be supported with a competitive compensation package (including bonuses, private healthcare, and pension contributions), access to learning resources, and a flexible hybrid working model. If you're looking for a role where you can lead, grow, and make a real impact in a top-tier real estate practice, this could be the perfect next step. To apply for this position, please send an updated CV to . For a confidential chat regarding this position, or an overview of the Southwest legal market, reach out to .
