Job Title: Sales Graduate Scheme

Keylite are an agile component within group, scaling rapidly throughout markets in Europe, Australia and New Zealand - as well as their main markets in the UK and Ireland.
They're now looking for enthusiastic graduates to enrol on their Sales Graduate Scheme, with locations across the country - London, the South West/Bristol, the North East/Newcastle and the North West/Manchester. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship and a thorough 3 month induction, located in Burton-On-Trent with accommodation fully paid for, to set you up for success!
Sales Graduate Scheme Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
- Providing support when required to the sales team and wider stakeholders in the business
- Attend Demonstration days, Trade/Construction Events when requested by the Area Sales Manager and or Management
Sales Graduate Scheme Package:

Sales Graduate Scheme Requirements:
- Ideally educated to degree level
- A full, UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and problem solving skills
- As comfortable working in a team as you are independently
- Ambitious and resilient
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
