We're looking for a Junior Product Owner to join our multi-award-winning software clients in Bristol. They're offering a salary up to £30,000 per annum, as well as hybrid working! You will work closely with the PO to gain a deeper understanding of their product and customers, whilst gaining a hands-on experience in managing a SaaS system. This is the ideal role for somebody that potentially has a UX/UI or creative flair and really wants to progress in a PO role long-term.
The role of the Junior Product Owner Involves:
- Cooperation alongside the PO to explain platform's features and user stories.
- Assistance in the control of the software and client's documentation.
- Continuing an up to date and precise look on client information with their CRM system and digital platforms.
- Supplying first-line support through email and telephone, whilst assisting any issues clients face.
- Onboarding of new clients and completing demonstrations of the platform.
- Supporting clients with 1st and 2nd line technical support.
As a Junior Product Owner, you'll need:
- Previous experience within a similar role or within UX design etc.
- Degree educated is ideal - preferably a creative qualification.
- A strong understanding of a Product Owner's role and the want to make it a career.
