The Role:

Production Shift Supervisor role to ensure effective and efficient production of the material in line with Targets and Quality standards within the department. and to ensure a continued emphasis on continual improvement by ensuring analysis of various reporting and process methods.

  • To manage through your team an efficient, effective and productive department.
  • To actively promote a world class Health & Safety work Culture.
  • Ensuring the BSI/ISO standards are met and maintained.
  • Responsible for ensuring manufactured products produced by your shift meet set standards of quality, reliability and performance.
  • Conduct & oversee assessment of shift training, production processes & quality.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the functions under your shift.

The candidate:

  • Production Supervisory experience
  • Good people management experience
  • From a manufacturing background
  • Engineering knowledge ideal
