Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in healthcare facilities management? Our client is seeking a traditional Project Manager with expertise in small capital works and a full understanding of RIBA stages. This role requires experience in full lifecycle project management within a live healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Lifecycle Project Management: Deliver small capital works from feasibility to handover, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Technical Oversight: Manage projects across M&E, infrastructure, and refurbishment works within a hospital or healthcare setting.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with NHS teams, healthcare professionals, contractors, and FM providers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Contract & Compliance Management: Oversee projects in line with RIBA stages, HTM regulations, and industry best practices.
Budget & Risk Control: Ensure cost-effective project execution, managing risks and mitigating delays within a live healthcare setting.

Requirements:

Essential: Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare facilities management.
Strong understanding of RIBA stages and full lifecycle project delivery.
Experience in small capital works, refurbishments, and healthcare infrastructure projects.
Ability to manage projects in a live healthcare environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working with NHS teams, estates departments, and contractors.
Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HTM, HBN, CDM regulations, etc)
