Technical Coordinator About the role:
Working in the technical team to assist, and with experience, lead on the management of the planning and technical functions on housebuilding sites from pre-planning to project completion.

Technical Coordinator About you:
- 2 to 3 years minimum relevant experience working for a regional or national developer, main contractor or a related consultancy
- Demonstrable track record in residential development
- A working knowledge of houses and apartment construction, building regs, NHBC requirements etc
- Ability to drive a consultant team to achieve the deadlines required whilst not compromising on quality
- Knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
- Good Technical knowledge of house construction
- Previous experience as a Technical Coordinator or similar role?with a residential developer
- Good knowledge of the NHBC and Building Regulations
- A keen willingness to learn and retain information
