Your new companyWe have partnered with a consultancy who deliver procurement projects across the public sector. Your new role
- You will be responsible for the post delivery of infrastructure/construction procurements and therefore should have experience in Procurement Contract management.
- The ability to implement commercial policy and give advice to client teams.
- Experience of working in a client-focused environment, working collaboratively with clients and other consultants.
- You will have post-contract experience - Commercial Contract Assurance, Commercial Management & Managing Delivery
- Good working knowledge with construction contracts such as NEC & JCT suite.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience of working within the requirements of the Public Sector regulations including the Public Contracts Regulations PCR15.
- Relevant experience of major capital programmes and complex projects, including infrastructure, construction or engineering.
- Must have a commercial mind set and background regarding contract management.
- Will have worked with NEC & JCT suite of contracts.
