Lettings Manager – Benefits

Lettings Manager – Duties  

  • Manage the existing Lettings team and drive business forward
  • Provide excellent service and ensure that service levels are maintained
  • Oversee all lettings operations and ensure properties remain compliant
  • Training and developing of your team 
  • Oversee a small high value portfolio and all necessary property management
  • Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front 
  • Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance 
  • Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords 
  • Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team
  • Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring your team are trained and adapting as required 

Lettings Manager – Experience Needed 

  • Previous Property Management experience required
  • ARLA qualified is desirable 
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation. 
  • Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
