Title: Estate Completion Manager

Location: North Bristol

Our client, a leading residential construction company, is seeking an experienced Estate Completion Manager to join their team in Bristol. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the completion of residential estates, ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards.
Manage the coordination of housebuilding operations, including drainage, groundworks, and other related activities.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Monitor the progress of projects, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
Manage and lead a team of site supervisors and contractors, providing guidance and support when needed.
Liaise with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and utility providers, to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate documentation and records, including completion certificates and health and safety reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises, integrating them into daily operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience in residential construction and housebuilding, with a strong understanding of drainage design and groundwork contract management.
Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
Specialist Knowledge: Strong knowledge of s38/s104 agreements, estate completion processes, and the adoption of open spaces and highways.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
A valid driving licence.
