Overview of Role:
As a Property Administrator, you will manage a portfolio of 120 properties, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. You will offer expert guidance throughout the tenancy lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of service.

You will receive extensive training, including regular in-house sessions and online courses. Additionally, there will be a requirement to complete a Property Qualification equivalent to a Level 3 NVQ.

Main Duties:
Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of 120 properties.
Communication: Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors regarding property maintenance and necessary actions.
Property Inspections: Arrange and conduct property inspections, providing detailed feedback to landlords.
Compliance: Ensure all properties adhere to legal compliance, including Right to Rent checks.
Tenancy Management: Handle renewals for rent recovery policies and tenancy agreements.
End of Tenancy: Coordinate with tenants and landlords at the end of tenancy periods, ensuring a smooth process.
Problem Resolution: Resolve landlord and tenant enquiries efficiently.
Viewings: Conduct viewings for prospective tenants and manage referencing processes.
Tenancy Agreements: Draft and execute tenancy agreements.
Skills Required:
Strong Customer Service skills
Excellent Organisational and Problem-Solving skills
Good IT literacy
Clear and articulate communication
Lettings experience is preferable but not essential
Must be able to drive a pool car is provided
