Property Administrator

Matthew Olivers are recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join a successful and vibrant estate agency in Clifton.

You would be joining a friendly and motivated lettings team, providing a high level of service to tenants and landlords

As a Property Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Work alongside the Lettings team and coordinate the application process of tenancy agreements
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Preparing tenancy agreements and oversee the signing of these documents.
  • Liaise with the department on the portfolio, including dealing with instructed properties

You will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experienced Admin background
  • Be a motivated and driven individual
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have great customer service skills

Salary: £26,000 + Pooled commission

OTE: £28,000 (uncapped)

Monday - Friday (3 days a month from home)
