If you're interested in joining an exciting and growing Sales Department, with the opportunity to report directly to the Senior Branch Manager, we want to hear from you.For this role you must hold a full, clean Driving Licence.Main Duties:" Respond to property inquiries in a timely manner." Organise and conduct property viewings." Drive new business, increase sales property listings and promote business growth across all company operations." Meet sellers at their properties to conduct market appraisals, photograph and advertise properties." Negotiate offers with potential buyers and achieve targets." Deliver outstanding customer service to both sellers and buyers." Manage daily responsibilities to ensure smooth departmental operations.Skills:" Experienced in Property Sales (at least one years' experience)" Professional, confident, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively." Exceptional negotiation skills." Outstanding communication skills, with a focus on efficiency and organization." Skilled in building and maintaining relationships." Proficient in administration and IT." Able to collaborate within a team while being self-driven to complete individual tasks.Benefits" Advertised salary made up of basic (£26k - £29k). Total package up to £35,000 to £40,000 OTE, depending on qualifications and experience." Commission available." You will be required to work Saturdays (9.00am -15.00pm) and have an allocated day off in the week. You will be working every other Saturday i.e. 1 in 2."
