Prior legal expertise is not essential; we're looking for candidates with a background in team leadership within any professional services industry. Your Responsibilities:* Direct supervision of 8-10 legal case managers, including regular individual meetings and performance evaluations. * Analysis and application of MI for strategic decisions and service improvements. * Effective case allocation and capacity management. * Resolving client complaints and maintaining HR records. * Collaboration with various teams, including senior leaders, within the firm.
