To provide front of house cover, travel administration and EA support for the SLT

Somebody to cover 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday on site in Bristol, hours 8 am - 4.30 pm

  • Responsible for all reception duties: meet and greet of visitors, screening all reception calls, etc.
  • Responsible for travel inbox: Arrange travel and internal travel arrangement, as well as accommodation requirements.
  • Support with organising events, meetings, workshops and any away day communication, invites, room setup, support preparation of material, catering etc.
  • Management of stationary supplies and ordering office stationary as required
  • Responsible for good receiving, signing for and checking in deliveries and distributing to recipients
  • Sorting and delivering post, trips to Post Office as required
  • Provide admin support for the management team as required
  • Some scope to deal with routine and non-routine problems unsupervised.
  • More complex problems would be referred to supervisor but ability to think independently is essential
  • External contact and communication with all levels
  • Regular internal communication with all levels of staff face to face, by telephone and email
  • Regular external contact with suppliers, sub-contractors, and customers
  • Routine work following established procedures
  • Some problems have to be solved with tight time constraints (e.g. travel arrangements)
  • Letters/Emails to be composed as required using own initiative.
  • Confident and proactive communicator, able to interact across the business in a professional manner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Resilient and reliable under pressure
  • Ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • English and Maths at GCSE level, or equivalent
