We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to provide cover for a busy office in Bradley Stoke. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for someone with reception experience who is looking for work in a welcoming environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or meeting rooms.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Customer service attitude with the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
