Could you be our next 360 Recruitment Consultant in Bristol?
You will be required to target key prospect users through a direct approach; cold calling; social media and networking to bring on new business opportunities. You will be required to take an active role, ensuring high quality in standards, service, and transparency to clients as well as to temporary workers. Travelling to see potential clients across Bristol. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working in sync with them and alongside our office team.
We require someone who has a strong sales and business development background, with a track record in establishing strong relationships at all levels. The role requires the successful candidate to work alongside the Branch Manager for developing and supporting the team to maximise sales and service standards to clients. You must be a positive role model within all aspects of the job and have a drive to succeed and establish close working relationship with clients to maximise opportunities and grow business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Building an Industrial Desk
- Being accountable for hitting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Supporting the branch to achieve budgeted & non-financial targets.
- Developing existing relationships within the client base
- Creating & maximising new business opportunities & negotiating the best commercial terms to add to the profitability of the branch.
- Achievement of agreed targets, financial & non-financial.
- Ensure we operate to compliance standards & all employment legislation.
Your Required Experience:
- Be able to demonstrate a billing background
- Tenacity, desire, and a true competitive spirit
- A track record in building strong client relationships
- Experience within the recruitment industry, however candidates with experience within vertical markets will be considered
- Excellent client management skills, with a track record of growing & retaining business.
- Background in developing people within their careers
- Good knowledge of the Bristol + Avon recruitment market
- Have experience of managing clients in challenging times
The gap personnel Bristol office is well established within the local markets – all we need is a passionate and driven individual who wants to operate across the South West. You will have autonomy in your role with extensive back-office support such as: Marketing, Compliance, Sales Support, Credit Control, Centralised and Localised Sales Divisions to support you in winning business.
What’s Your Return:
- Basic salary up to £35,000pa + bonus payable on new and existing business
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (slight flexibility available on start / finish times)
- Holiday – 25 Days + Bank Holidays (33 in total) Up to 5 holiday days can be bought per year
