We are looking for brand new recruitment consultant to join our growing team in our Bristol office and develop a new area with the aim of progressing into a senior role and managing new trainee consultants.

There is a clearly defined route from trainee to Director and there will be opportunities to open new locations and grow your own team.

Graduate Consultant Role:

  • Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
  • Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
  • Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
  • Managing your pool of candidates
  • Effectively growing and servicing your client base
