• Competitive salary: Starting at £26,000 - £30,000 with achievable OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 in your first year.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in matching talented professionals with exciting education opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary and permanent positions.
• Creating professional CVs and marketing candidates to clients.
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients to drive placements.
• Meeting and exceeding weekly targets to maximize your earning potential.
