I am looking to speak to Emerging Talent Administrators/Recruitment Administrators looking for their next opportunity! This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support across various Emerging Talent programmes, ensuring smooth operations from recruitment to onboarding. If you are organised, proactive, and keen on developing your career within a dynamic and supportive environment, this role is for you.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and promptly respond to queries received in the team inbox.
  • Continually build knowledge and share best practices within the team.
  • Handle candidate management on recruitment systems such as Apply4Law, Taleo, and Workday, including tasks like producing rejection emails, inviting candidates to interviews, and issuing offer and reference letters.
  • Assist in the administrative aspects of candidate assessment days to ensure their successful delivery.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records on the HR recruitment system and internal trackers.
  • Arrange payment of candidate travel expenses and support with the financial assistance process.
  • Manage electronic filing on iManage.
