Role: Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (Business Development)
Starting Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 + (quarterly target-based salary reviews)
Bonus: Uncapped Commission (10-40%)
OTE: Year 1 £40k+ // Year 2 £65k+
Location: Bristol City Centre
Start dates: Flexible 2024

The Role:

  • Identifying leads & potential sales opportunities
  • Cold calling, sales and building your client base
  • Relationship building
