The Role

As an EXPERIENCEDRecruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong client base through business development and networking.
• Identify and qualify potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client briefing to offer negotiation.
• Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends and hiring strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions within the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed set targets and KPIs.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous PERMANENT RECRUITMENT experience is essential or experience as a DRIVING RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT.
• Strong business development and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• 360 experience
