Package: £24,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)

Your role as a Recruiter
- Become the "go-to" Tech recruiter within your specific market discipline
- Develop new business with target clients in your market
- Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
- Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
- Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best tech firms out there!
- Travel across Europe to attend client meetings and conferences
What you need
- Degree Educated or experience in an office environment
- B2B sales experience would be ideal!
- You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment
- You must be able to demonstrate resilience
- You must have a competitive edge that drives you to succeed
- You must be money-motivated and be an ambitious individual that wants to progress quickly
