Your First 6 Months

In your first 6 months, you’ll:

Identify suitable candidates for job roles using a variety of methods.
Speak to candidates and clients over the phone, on Teams, and in person.
Arrange and attend client meetings, learning the full recruitment process.
Manage interviews, offer advice, negotiate, and ensure the process is enjoyable for all.
Develop the skills needed to succeed in a challenging yet rewarding industry.
