Job Role: Recruitment Consultant
Company: Reed Bath - Permanents Business Support
Location: Part 4th Floor, Castlemead, Bristol, BS1 3AG
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home after the initial imbedding period.
Salary: £26,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Contract: Full time and permanent
What is the role?
Reed Bristol are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their existing successful team of recruiters, to focus on a permanents business support desk across Bath. The role of a Recruitment Consultant involves identifying and developing client and business relationships, whilst simultaneously growing your candidate pipeline and database.
You will conduct the full recruitment lifecycle by identifying and contacting client leads, developing client relationships, taking role briefings, negotiating fees and terms of business with clients, headhunting and sourcing candidates, managing candidate timesheets, conducting right to work and reference checks and assisting with candidate onboarding for clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely alongside a highly successful Consultant on a Success Partnership, meaning you will have hands on support and be able to shadow their profitable desk which is currently billing between £150k - £200k per annum. This is only scratching the surface, and we know there is plenty of further opportunity in the Bath and surrounding areas.
