The Role:
- Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
- Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
- Candidates: Managing vacancies, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and candidate management
- Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
