I am looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join my clients HR function on an initial 12-month fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the future success of their company, ensuring that good customer outcomes and an excellent candidate experience are at the heart of everything they do.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the business to understand hiring needs and create appropriate hiring strategies to attract and secure quality talent.
  • Hold responsibility for sourcing and screening suitable candidates for a diverse range of roles through a direct sourcing model.
  • Build talent pipelines and work collaboratively with the wider business to provide up-to-date industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Ensure the candidate management process is effective, compliant, and timely.
  • Provide a high-quality recruitment offering that is flexible, inclusive, and focused on business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced in-house recruitment role.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and recruiting for vacancies at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice, process, policy, and appropriate legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Experience recruiting within a regulated environment (Legal, Financial Services, or Insurance), but this is not essential.
