What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on client engagement and business development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth by building lasting partnerships with organisations seeking top talent. You'll act as a strategic advisor, understanding your clients' business goals and delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet their needs. Your success will be defined by your ability to uncover opportunities, win new business, and provide exceptional service that turns clients into long-term partners.
Client Relationship Management
- Proactively meet with existing and prospective clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and long-term business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights, salary benchmarking, and strategic hiring recommendations.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to build a robust pipeline of client accounts.
- Negotiate terms of business, secure preferred supplier agreements, and contribute to overall revenue targets.
Strategic Talent Solutions
- Work closely with clients to develop tailored recruitment campaigns that attract top talent.
- Partner with marketing to create compelling job advertisements and employer branding content.
- Present shortlists of qualified candidates, coordinating the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Negotiation & Placement
- Manage offers, salary negotiations, and contract discussions to ensure mutual satisfaction for clients and candidates.
- Follow up post-placement to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Performance & Growth
- Consistently work toward (and exceed) individual and team targets related to business development, client retention, and revenue generation.
