This is a 360 role where you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the desk. The company will provide on-the-job and classroom-based training to give you the tools you need to succeed further.Your Responsibilities will include:
- Advertising for roles via job boards, websites and social media.
- Interviewing and screening applicants to determine suitability.
- Selling and developing business via the phone and face-to-face.
- Completing the full recruitment cycle.
- Recruitment administration.
You will need
- Passion for the recruitment sector.
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment consultant role.
- Dedication to deliver high-quality service.
- UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
- Experience working with personal and team targets.
- To be a great team player.
