Rise Technical is specialist recruitment consultancy with an incredible reputation for providing staffing solutions into a number of technical sectors, including Engineering, IT, Construction, Energy and Public Sector within the UK, Europe, USA & Canada.
Due to our the USA Divison's ongoing success, we have opened our first international offices in Miami and Austin this year and we're now looking for likeminded individuals to join our social and success-driven Bristol team.
This role is ideal for a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant who is looking for a company that will empower you to take control of your career, provide the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through an unrivalled commission structure and extremely lucrative market and celebrate your every win.
The Details:
- Massively increase your earnings with uncapped commission, up to 40% of what you bill
- Rapid progression through to Management and Directorship

The person:
- Experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Has a proven track record of hitting targets and achieving goals
- Ambitious, goal-driven and motivated
- Strives for success and progression
- Have a growth mindset
- Resilient
- German Language skills ideal but not necessary
