We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant based in Central Bristol. You will be focusing on permanent recruitment, this is a great opportunity to join our existing team of consultants, resourcers and administrators in a busy and established recruitment branch in Bristol.

£25,000 per annum OTE, depending on experience
Uncapped commission structure - excellent earning potential!
Central Bristol office
Earn an extra day of annual leave for each calendar year you work, for up to 5 years

About the role
Business development: This is not an environment of endless, high-volume telesales; we value quality over quantity, but you will be expected to convert new clients on a monthly basis.
Increasing existing revenue and ensuring great service through building strong relationships with our clients, employees and colleagues.
Regularly visiting clients to win new business and build relationships
Recruitment, phone screening and face-to-face interviewing of candidates

The right candidate
Experience within any commercial sector would be highly advantageous - you do not need previous recruitment experience, but a desire to succeed as a recruitment consultant is key!
Must be driven by results and target motivated.
Strong customer focus and a desire to always deliver a quality service
Excellent communication skills - face-to-face, written and on the telephone.
Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Regular client visits will be necessary, so a full UK driving licence is required
