We are Streamline Search Ltd, a permanent recruitment company based in Chichester, West Sussex. We are now entering the next phase of our growth and looking to establish a team in the Bristol area. We seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help set up the Bristol branch and eventually build a team around you. This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking the freedom and flexibility to create something special in Bristol, backed by an already established business.
The role will be office-based for three days a week, with the remaining two days from home or a coffee shop (your choice). You will work closely with the company director to lay the foundations for a successful recruitment branch.
What's in it for you?
- Starting basic salary: £26,000 per annum
- Commission on everything you bill, up to 25%
- OTE earnings for the first year: £40,000 per annum
- Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:30, Friday: 08:30 - 16:30
- Fully paid 10-day Christmas shutdown
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays, rising by 1 day each year of service

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in 360 recruitment
- Proven permanent billings of over £80,000 per annum, looking to expand on this
- Based in Bristol or able to travel into the city easily
- Highly motivated with entrepreneurial flair
- Willing to go above and beyond to achieve results
