We are Streamline Search Ltd, a permanent recruitment company based in Chichester, West Sussex. We are now entering the next phase of our growth and looking to establish a team in the Bristol area. We seek an experienced Recruitment Consultant to help set up the Bristol branch and eventually build a team around you. This is a unique opportunity for someone seeking the freedom and flexibility to create something special in Bristol, backed by an already established business.

The role will be office-based for three days a week, with the remaining two days from home or a coffee shop (your choice). You will work closely with the company director to lay the foundations for a successful recruitment branch.

What's in it for you?

Starting basic salary: 26,000 per annum
Commission on everything you bill, up to 25%
OTE earnings for the first year: 40,000 per annum
Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:30, Friday: 08:30 - 16:30
Fully paid 10-day Christmas shutdown
28 days holiday, including bank holidays, rising by 1 day each year of service
2 days working from home

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in 360 recruitment
Proven permanent billings of over 80,000 per annum, looking to expand on this
Based in Bristol or able to travel into the city easily
Highly motivated with entrepreneurial flair
Willing to go above and beyond to achieve results
