- Build, develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand the Pertemps client base.
- Source candidate from a variety of channels including searching job boards, social media, attending networking events, and candidate referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate phone screening and interviews to assess the candidates' skills, experience and personality fit.
- Stay informed on industry news, competitor activities and salary benchmarks to offer valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- A proven track record in recruitment, preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment consultant position.
- In-depth understanding of recruitment practices, candidate sourcing strategies, and selection techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively liaise with clients, candidates, and the wider Pertemps team.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- £28,000 salary depending on experience
