The Role:

There are some very exciting new opportunities being created in the business and internal recruitment / talent acquisition is one of the key areas for the business as company growth remains a top priority for the organisation. The TA Partner position will be responsible for resourcing the very best candidates (B2B / Sales / 360 / full life cycle ) recruitment consultants to work for SThree across all the brands in the UK - covering offices such as Bristol, Leeds, London, Manchester, and Birmingham. You:

You will be responsible for recruiting the future game changing talent for the business and identifying suitable candidates at all levels - Associate Recruitment Consultants, Experienced Recruitment Consultant, Senior Principal Consultants and Recruitment Managers. The majority of your role will be focusing on building a sustainable talent pipeline of top candidates, game changing recruiters and ensuring we have a strong presence as an employer of choice in the market. Working and collaborating with a variety of different divisions such as the marketing team and senior hiring manager to develop recruitment campaigns and be creative with meet-ups to engage with the recruitment communities in each of our locations is key.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Identifying talent for the company
  • Be the first impression for our brands on external candidates
  • Co-ordinate the internal recruitment process
  • Carry out competitor mapping on designated businesses and/or locations for direct headhunting
  • Occasional travel to required offices and locations across the UK
  • Develop our internal recruitment journey and external profile/perception in conjunction with our marketing and digital departments
  • Source via various methods including job boards, CV searching, academic institutions and referral schemes and direct headhunting
  • Ensure the Talent Database is updated and cleansed when necessary
