Trainee Primary Recruitment Consultant Required ASAP £21,000 - £23,000 + bonuses

We are an independent education specialist placing teachers and support staff into schools across the south west area. Covering daily supply, short and long term roles. We’ve been established since 2008 and have grown from strength to strength year on year.

Education People Ltd is one of the leading agencies in the south west area. Due to the continued growth and success of the company we require a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to learn from our most successful lead consultants in supporting the running of one of our busiest desks.

You will learn from our most experienced consultant on how to run a successful desk and how to deliver excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn with a can do attitude, a great sense of humour and the ability to work within a fast pace office environment.

You will be responsible for calling schools to see what their requirements are, fill daily, short and long term roles for primary teachers and support staff covering Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Gloucester and Swindon, maintain client and candidate relationships and recruit new candidates to place into schools.

After you have completed your training you will continue to support the running of the desk as well as develop your own client and candidate base covering Gloucestershire.

Requirements & Benefits ;

Working Monday to Friday on a rota basis covering 7am to 5pm. (7-4, 8-5)

Covering on call till 8pm one day a week and one weekend in 4

Reduced hours in the holiday (6 hours per day)

On call time back
