Education Recruitment is a dynamic sales role in which you act as the vital link between Schools and Educators. You will build relationships both on the phone and in person. You will be tasked with sourcing the best Educators for a range of schools and roles, converse with candidates and qualify them thoroughly, before guiding them through the interview process and eventually closing the deal and negotiating contracts.

The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is fast paced and hard-work. You will challenge yourself daily and push yourself to see how resilient and ambitious you really are. You will meet fantastic people along the way and build long lasting relationships and friendships with the schools and teachers that you have supported.

Graduate Trainee Consultant Role:

  • Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
  • Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
  • Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
  • Managing your pool of candidates
  • Effectively growing and servicing your client base
