Key Role Responsibilities

They’re looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants that we can put through our award winning 12-week training programme and give you the skills to flourish in all aspects of the process from client acquisition to candidate delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Sourcing, engaging, and headhunting prospective candidates.
Meeting and gathering hiring requirements from your clients.
Expanding your client and candidate base through perspective calling, utilising a range of recruitment tools and marketing techniques.

Skills

To stand out in this market, you will need outstanding communication skills, resilience, and dedication to succeed.
You will be juggling and prioritising multiple demands whilst delivering fast-paced service excellence; this involves building trusting working relationships with both your candidates and clients.
