We are looking for ambitious and competitive trainee consultants who are interested in working in a fast paced environment with the opportunity to rapidly increase their earnings and progress into more senior positions. Year 1 OTE £35,000, Year 2 OTE £50,000, Year 3 OTE £80,000+.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant role:

  • Writing job adverts and creating marketing profiles
  • Building your reputation and relationships with schools and teachers
  • Negotiating pay and charge rates with clients and candidates
  • Managing your pool of candidates
  • Effectively growing and servicing your client base
