About You:
- Hold a UK driving license (or are currently learning).
- Have a UK passport or UK settlement with no work restrictions (we do not sponsor).
Your Role: In your first year, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
- Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to increase candidate placements.
- Hit weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.
- Earn commission from day one.
After Graduation: Upon completing your first year, you'll move to a designated Sales Desk and receive advanced training in:
- Business Development
- Margin Negotiation
- Safeguarding
- Handling Difficult Conversations
- Customer Service and Time Management
Support and Mentorship: You'll receive comprehensive support from your team manager, expert training team, and a dedicated mentor, learning from some of the top consultants in education recruitment as you grow your skills.
