The Role:

  • Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
  • Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
  • Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
  • Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
