Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Starting Salary: 24,000 - 25,000 +
Bonus: Uncapped Commission (10-40%)
OTE: Year 1 40k+ // Year 2 65k+
Location: Bristol City Centre

The Role:
- Identifying leads & potential sales opportunities
- Cold calling, sales and building your client base
- Relationship building
- Interviewing
- Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidates

The Person:
- Motivated to work in sales
- Be able to show examples of being a high achiever and resilient-this could be in personal life, sport, education, work, or others!
- Excellent communicator - you'll be on the phone, building relationship and selling
