Rise Technical is a leading recruitment consultancy offering talent solutions across the UK, USA and Europe in technical and engineering markets. From a start-up in 2005, we now have offices in Bristol, London, Miami and Austin with a team of over 200. As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we're looking for tenacious, motivated and passionate individuals to join our tech team.
You'll have award-winning training, access to materials for self-development and coaching from some of our highest billers. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients, expanding our market share in the tech space and providing top tier candidates for their business.
This is best suited to someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, sales driven environment with goals to progress to leadership.
The Role:
- Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
- Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
- Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
- Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
