Are you a dynamic and experienced bars professional looking to lead in a vibrant venue? We're searching for a Bars Manager to take charge of our busy Bristol venue and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a dedicated team of bar staff, ensuring smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent customer service, delivering a memorable experience for all patrons.
- Stock & Inventory: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to ensure smooth service and minimal wastage.
- Financial Management: Monitor bar performance, control budgets, and maximize profitability.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with the events team to deliver seamless bar service during special occasions and peak times.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
