Juice is partnering with a local company in their search for a Retail, Food & Beverage Manager. This opportunity Will be perfect for an experienced F&B manager to take the next step in their career!DAY TO DAY:- Managing the operations of catering needs for busy periods, E.g. school holiday, Christmas etc.- Work with senior management to develop the menu , including seasonal items- Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers- Manage budgets for the department and order stock as needed- Manage staff, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard- Ensure adherence to COSHH and food safety standardsWE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:- Previous food/beverage management/ team leader experience- Strong team work- People management experience is essential- Confidence in food health and safety practices- Experience managing budgetsAND FOR YOU:- Free parking- Standard holiday accrual- Continuous development opportunities- Flexibility in hours during busy/quiet periodsDue to the nature of the our clients business please only apply if you have the ability to work some weekends!
